Excellent Landlord
January 12, 2023
I've live in the unit closest to the street for nearly 2 years. Landlord replaced A/C unit within 24 hours of it going out. Like all apartments, we had critters and he's diligent with spraying. Excellent communication with him, responds within 30 minutes usually. Difficult to meet all the requirements but once you rent from him, he treats us all great. I spoke with others who lived here longer and they enjoy it and rent isn't crazy. Two of the units are completely remodeled- the one I live in ...
has an Ikea kitchen. The parking area is immaculate and so is the garbage area. I think he was talking about painting the outside because it is currently a baby blue color.
