Keeping it real
December 14, 2018Would give it a lower rating but this is the lowest. Lived here for about 5 years recently moved out. Gonna be completely honest, the apartments are roach infested, management does come and put some kind of spray for the roaches but it doesn't even kill any. On top of that the floors are old so if a tile is missing, they'll come and replace it but just that one tile and not fix the whole problem. If anything breaks like the closets, or the bathroom sink, again they'll come and "fix" it but not ...not the reason as to why it broke in the first place. Oh you aren't allowed to have anything outside your door, like a plant, that's a big no no. Or anything in your parking spot. The cost of living there isn't worth it if they aren't going to completely keep it in good condition. Oh and bathroom leaking is a constant thing too. And don't even get me started on the manager or the owner. Just leaving it as the apartments aren't worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
