AMENITIES: Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the ABC Store across the street. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee. BUILDING AMENITIES: Resort style amenities including heated pool, jacuzzi, yoga and fitness room, BBQ, Sky Top Terrace with putting green, lobby lounge. Secured building with daytime reception office, 24/7 security and Resident Manager. Minimum 30 days, renter pays 17.962% taxes and one time fee $365 ($50 reservation fee, $50 damage waiver fee, and $180 checkout cleaning fee). Please note that price listed is for fall 2024.
