Good location for grad students
August 13, 2015The location is close to downtown Lincoln and is within walking distance of the UNL city campus. The rent is reasonable and there is not a pest problem. The management is also very prompt with handling repairs and you do not have to pay extra for a parking space. The downsides are that there are no pets allowed and if you do not own a car there are not any large grocery stores within convenient walking distance so you will most likely have to rely on the bus system. The building was originally a ...synagogue which was later converted to an apartment building and thus every room is unique. Water is paid for, but you are responsible for electricity and gas. The neighbors are all very nice and do not make much noise.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
