About Stadium Walk Apartments
Stadium Walk is the premier student housing apartment community in Lincoln. Located just 4 blocks north of Memorial Stadium! There is no better place to live if you want to walk to campus or enjoy the convenience of downtown! We are a professional and experienced student housing management company, that understands the attention to detail that our residents deserve! We encourage you to bring your friends to live with you! However, if you are looking to lease just one bedroom, we are happy to offer our stress-free roommate matching program! With this program, we are able to place you in an apartment with other people needing roommates! We have some of the largest floor plans for student housing in the area! At over 1100 Sq. Ft. our three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate roommates! We have a whole new look at our community where we feature, a sparkling hot tub right beside our outdoor movie screen, modern fitness center, and a covered bar and grill area, with more cool amenities in the works! We take pride in the changes we are making and expertly maintain them with our on-site team. Our buildings feature newly renovated apartments including a fully equipped upgraded kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, loft inspired finishes, and artisan stained concrete floors. Apartments are equipped with individual heat and air conditioning, balconies or patios and of course designer accents and colors! We are one of the only pet friendly student housing communities in the area! Stadium Walk accepts pets less than 40 lbs, maximum two per apartment for $30/month. November 16, 2024DO NOT LIVE HERE! If you want a safe and healthy place for your UNL student to live this is not the place! They DO NOT have your student’s back or best interest at heart. Since my daughter has moved in, it has been nothing like what they showed her and promised her it would be. There are mice living in the walls that get into her apartment! She lived there without a working toilet for over a month. She put in several maintenance requests about it leaking and continuously running. Their solution ...was to put and leave a towel around the bottom of the toilet and to continuously close out the maintenance request stating it was fixed when it wasn’t. Oh, and they TOW their own resident’s cars charging them over $260 to get the car back when it was there less than 24 hours! They are rude and will not help your rent paying student work with and resolve wrongful towing issues with Capitol Towing that they contract with! How about a parking sticker and checking the registered license plate numbers provided to the leasing office instead of a flimsy parking pass that will not stay on the rear view mirror properly! How do you expect hardworking students to pay you rent on time when you have created a stressful and unhealthy living environment for them along with costing them an extra several hundred dollars for having their car towed from their own home?!? Very outrageous apartment, not recommended at all
August 17, 2020In the 4-bed room we lived in, we didn't pay the gas fee by ourselves at the beginning, and then deducted an additional fine of $50 per person every month (not including the gas fee paid for us). I paid a deposit for nearly 3 months when I checked in, and finally deducted a fine of 325 per person when I left, saying it was a cleaning fee. But in fact we cleaned all the places that should be cleaned, including the cooker hood and toilet!
