Great area and even better management
May 7, 2021I have stayed here for 2+ years and have a positive experience overall. Apartment was freshly remodeled with newer style stainless appliances. One of my favorite things about this place was seeing how it was constantly improving on regular basis. Getting new exterior paint yearly, surveillance, lights installed through the place, new laundry room etc... In the past I thought that only grumpy and sour people were getting hired as property managers! However, this place has changed my perspective ...on that. Nick P. (Property Manager) is absolutely amazing in taking care of his tenants, very responsive, hardworking and always there when you need something. Move out process was painless, the management didn’t “try to get you on security deposit” and were very reasonable in what was considered regular wear and tear. Enjoy your stay here. Of course you already know how nice Campbell is, I would often walk to the downtown (15-20 mins) to some coffee or dinner.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing apartments & management!
April 4, 2019We truly love our newly remodeled unit. Extremely close to downtown Campbell and surrounding restaurants/shopping centers. The units are very modern & absolutely beautiful. Nick, the apartment manager, has been amazing to us and helped us handle all of the paperwork and applications and we ended up securing the apartment the same day we toured it! Management is always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with anything we need at all; especially compared to past apartment managers we’ve had. ...Definitely a 12/10 :)Property Manager Responded
