Beware!
October 4, 2023Loud building - LOTS of dogs, no noise control in that department. Pipes clang non-stop, management is great at deflecting responsibility and being passive aggressive and defensive. Overpriced rent, considering every other building in the area offers one bedrooms in better condition for between $100-150 less a month. If you like loud buildings with shifty management, this is your place to live!Review from Apartments.com
Great apartment, horrible landlords?
July 20, 2015The actual apartment space is wonderful and very vintage. Exactly what I was looking for! However the management leaves something to be desired. ? Its a great area near Lake Calhoun ?; but sadly zero parking.Review from Apartments.com
