The rent is way too high and the community amenities and apartment features are way to little to justify the rent. There are many much better values in the Austin area. The management is incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities are well-maintained and the buildings are well-maintained and attractive. August 13, 20213500 Westlake has been my home for 5 plus years and I love it here! The property is beautiful, safe and the amenities are incredible!! The location is easy access to most everything in the city. The office staff is always very courteous, friendly, professional and they plan fun events on a regular basis! The maintenance staff, especially Joel, are extremely knowledgeable and professional and they have been with the property for many years.
