The rent is way too high and the community amenities and apartment features are way to little to justify the rent. There are many much better values in the Austin area. The location is easy access to most everything in the city. The office staff is always very courteous, friendly, professional and they plan fun events on a regular basis! The maintenance staff, especially Joel, are extremely knowledgeable and professional and they have been with the property for many years.
