Dates are somewhat flexible. Safe, quiet neighborhood, 3 miles from Venice Beach, 4 miles from downtown Santa Monica and the Promenade, near UCLA & SMC, plenty of street parking, no permits required. All amenities including Hi Speed Wifi, Large Screen TV, clothes washer/dryer. All utilities included. Non-smoking, no pets. Security deposit $3650. Total amount due upon acceptance of rental agreement: Security deposit, first, and last month's rents for a total of $10,950 ($3650 of which is a refundable security deposit). Then $3650/month payable on the first of each month thereafter. I will be traveling and would like to rent my home to the right person/people when I'm gone. I am looking for someone to both enjoy as well as care for my home while I'm away. Suitable for a couple or an individual.
