It's The People Make You Stay...
August 10, 2015The building on the near end of Decatur Avenue is a well hidden gem. It is tucked in and well protected from the commotion of the 'Busy Bronx' streets, keeping the building's street quiet. On summer nights, you can enjoy the sound of beautiful Latin music and dancing in front of the building's stoop. You can even enjoy the July 4th Bronx traditions of beautiful fireworks display, your neighbors treat. The superintendent is a delightful man who keeps the building as clean as possible....Pests? ...What pests? There are nothing but wonderful and caring neighbors at 3530 Decatur Ave. You have three MTA buses on the very corner with the 2,4, and D trains a quick walk away. Montefiore is up the hill in case of emergency along with dozens of restaurants along the way...See the Bronx in a different light and you too can enjoy all that the city has to offer.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
