Works for me for now

Spatious enough for my record collection, but a few minor issues. A screen on bedroom wiindow needs repacing and sink needs a stopper that wasn't there when moved in. In bathroom the medicine cabiner has broken slider and in other 1/2 bath the cabinet has no slider since move in. Back yard is adequate for my two dogs but fence is junky looking and lots of repair to make safe and stable. Lease says no picture hanging nails to hang pictures, only screws allowed but holes in walls were not filled ...
in so what does it matter? Overall is nice enough with two bedroos both with walk in closets. Stove has one burner that is not attached very well. Carpets are very thin and old but tile throughout most of duplex is very nice.
