November 9, 2021I lived in the 374 building for a year. Faucets in bathroom and kitchen were corroded, gnats every time the weather gets above 60 degrees (I know it wasn't just our unit either, my neighbors struggled with this too), mosquitos like no other in the back where the balconies are, loud window AC units put into a hole that's cut into the wall since there aren't any actual windows, terrible paint, cracks in walls and ceilings, cleaners never came before I moved in so it was FILTHY, doorknobs always ...come loose and had to repeatedly tighten them all the time, maintenance doesn't give notice before coming in and the landlord is kind of a jerk.
