August 1, 2015Management will not fix anything! Everything is patchwork until it breaks down and then takes days, or weeks to get a replacement. We had to do our own landscaping for a long time. Utilities were initially included, and we were told up until the week of the increases that rent will not increase. Then, instead of increasing the rent, we suddenly became responsible for all utilities and had to come up with large deposits to secure electricity, and water. They will not put screens in the windows, ...power outlets do not work or are exposed and there are rooms without doors in multiple units. It is a slum, and they market the best apartment for rent online. They will not return residents calls many times and even would not speak with the exterminator for scheduled maintenance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
