March 9, 2025Zero Stars: The only good thing about this place is the location. The apartments are outdated, and the heating/cooling systems are filthy and poorly maintained. Staff turnover is constant—you never know who’s in charge, and they all lie about how long they’ve worked here. Towing is out of control. Handicap spots take up prime parking with no actual need. Rent keeps rising with no upgrades. They falsely charge non-pet owners, allow dog poop everywhere, and maintenance is incompetent. The owner ...stalks residents and has cars towed, causing damage. If your unit gets shot into, they won’t check on you or fix it. Stairs are unsafe, and they never prepare for bad weather, waiting until ice forms before salting. Once I find a new place, I’m gone for GOOD. I will NEVER recommend this place. Pay more and live somewhere better. Stay far away!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
