Nice units, worst management
January 1, 2024Avoid Tripalink properties in general. That is the lesson from trying to live in a Tripalink property. 3737 units and property is nice enough for the price, but the Tripalink management is the worse of any group I've ever encountered. They will never reply to your correspondences as a tenant, but will front as being responsive as a prospective tenant. If you would like to test this theory call their main number as choose both the current tenant option (#1) or the future tenant option (#2) and ...watch the endless time on hold with option #1 and the almost immediate answer with #2. What's more, they advertise units that are actually occupied and will bait and switch you...so beware.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Terrible management, losing packages every month
December 1, 2023The property management is really poor, never respond to any compliant. I've been losing package every month and send email with photos, but never got responses. The only time they actively contact you is they charged the utility fees in the middle of the month while your auto payments are set on the first day of a month.Review from Apartments.com
