Don't move there
September 2, 2021
The property is ran down, drug infested, mouse infested,heat don't work in the winter, I moved there and the same day I moved there my family and I had guns pulled on us. I had a truck when I moved there my truck had sugar put in the tank, manager was aware of my problem I had police report and nothing was never done, the change managers every three to six months they know the building is no good and dangerous!!! I don't give them any stars at all

We could love to invite you back to the community to see the improvements we have made and discuss the improvements we still plan to implement. Any maintenance requests can be easily and swiftly resolved by logging into your online resident portal and submitting a work order. This is sent directly to our maintenance team and creates a paper trail everyone can follow for updates and completion. We try our best to maximize the comfort to all residents, but unfortunately cannot control the potentialities of city living. We are sorry to hear the police did not follow up with your reports or give you appropriate next steps for resolutions to your issues outside of our community. Again thank you for sharing your experience and know we are doing everything within our capabilities to assure the comfort of our residents.
