Good deal
July 20, 2015The apartment (at least the one I'm in) is a good deal, especially for the area. Older building. Urgent issues are taken care of quickly, but less urgent issues aren't taken care of quickly (or at all). Almost all of the 8 apartments in the building have been renovated (the last one took about 4 months) so if you're thinking of moving here, you probably won't be woken up every morning (including saturdays) to the sound of demolition or other such loudness. Street noise can be a bit much so I ...keep ear plugs stocked all the time (but I am a light sleeper). The laundry room and extra storage room (one per apartment), huge windows, and security code door are pluses.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
