November 30, 2024Its been a mostly good experience with the leasing company. The residents don't respect the rules here, some of them throw their trash everywhere, and almost no one cleans up after their dog. Very unfortunate, because they have a great floorplan, garages, good location, and good schools. The trash situation is out of hand.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024Although all of a sudden the way to pay rent changed right after I moved in, and could not figure it out and when I asked they office about 6 times, they just kept saying it walks me through. It would have been nice to be told what company to go to to pay it. I got 3 answers of different companies/apps to go on to pay. It was a mess. Also, there is always trash in my hallway.
