Don't live here
April 7, 2022Don't live here. The apartments look great (and generally are pretty nice). However the floors/ceilings are paper thin. The parking garage has been under construction for 6+ months with no communication from management, including constant jackhammering and construction, and that the building had rotting steel support members in the basement. Definitely don't live here is you plan to use the apartment between 8 AM - 5 PM, or want management that is proactive or communicative at all.Review from Apartments.com
Very loud building
December 20, 2021If you plan on moving here, you should know it is an extremely loud building and your neighbors everyday activities will be amplified. With the building currently under construction since August it is even more extreme. If you work from home, which is the case for a lot of people nowadays, you may want to consider another building.Review from Apartments.com
