I've lived here for over two years and love it! Chris is a great landlord who takes excellent care of the property. The complex has a laid back, friendly vibe. If you're looking for a spacious, well-cared for old-school Montrose apartment, this is the place.

The owner/landlord Chris does not care about his tenants safety at all. The place is run down and falling apart. Don’t rent here. If you do, you’ll instantly regret it.
