Rundown building/landlord is a thief
July 8, 2017
Building is falling apart, all balconies have loose and/or missing boards. Has 3 washers and 2 dryers-not enough for all the people that live in the building and they don't work half the time, basement/storage area leaks. Landlord is a lieing thief, they charge you for repairs that aren't your fault and pocket the money! There's a lot more disadvantages in this building!!!
