    Love it here, the staff are so nice and helpful. The only thing I would like is to have less of the scent that is in the hallways that I believe the vacumn cleaner leaves behind. It is very strong and overbearing at times.

    I love it here. I moved into a house when I first moved to Greenville I should’ve been at 408 Jackson from the very beginning. it’s close to everything. There’s so much to do and the apartments so many amenities. As a single person I should’ve moved here in the first place. My mistake I waited!!!

    I love the staff (front house and maintenance staff). They are very friendly and courteous. I will say since I moved here a year ago, the garage and elevator areas are not well maintained. Renters will leave garbage in the elevator areas and the garage always have garbage around (cans, cups, hangers, food wrappers etc.) I understand that it is not the fault of the employees, but the renters should take pride in the area that they are living in. Inside the building has always been well kept ...
