Decent price but has absentee landlords
March 23, 2023Decent price for the apartment in Chanhassen, but that's mainly because its an older building. Because it's an older building, things break, and the landlords will ignore almost every request to get things fixed. Took them two months to get me a working oven and a week to get me a working toilet (imagine not having a toilet for a week), both of which were being ignored until I threatened to file for rent escrow.Review from Apartments.com
Undesirables
March 18, 2018Maybe you should check out your renters with a background check so you neighbors are not constantly subjected to...loud vehicles, loud parties, loud renters, broken down vehicles, constant noise complaints in the summer. Try enforcing rules of conduct inn a quiet and family neighborhood. Stop deicing down the property values with the renters you choose.Review from Apartments.com
