Renter beware
August 12, 2021I would be cautious choosing to live in this building. Great street and location, but the landlord is difficult to deal with and does the BARE minimum to maintain the building. The plumbing is probably as old as the building, so you can expect leaks and shoddy repairs.Review from Apartments.com
I love it here...
August 12, 2015Our apartment is great though, as with any building, there are issues that come up over time and ours is no exception. First the good stuff - the building owner is super responsive and recently did a complete upgrade to the common area interiors including paint, and carpet, and it looks great. The owner also is responsive to needs inside the unit and has replaced my carpet, kitchen floor, stove, refrigerator, and toilet all in the 11 years since I've lived in my unit. The only complaint I ...currently have is that my windows rattle when windy. This isn't an easy or inexpensive fix so I've not been pressing very hard to get it fixed - though I suspect if I did - it would get fixed. The people who live in the building are all fantastic and super friendly. The building is quiet and respectful and non-smoking.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
