Horrible Landlords
January 12, 2020Stayed here for a few months and it was hectic dealing with the landlords. Our first day moving in, we brought our service animal just to be screamed at to get out. We went at least 2 weeks without a sink. We went 4 days without hot water. There is mold in multiple apartments- their solution is to paint over it!!! Babies are getting sick here. Adults are getting sick here. The building is very old. Some windows don't open. Some doors need fixing. The owners aren't interested in maintaining the ...building so it is all falling apart. The people they hire are friends who don't know what they are doing. 2nd guy who came to try to fix our sink took 2 days just to say, "yeah, Rick is going to have to hire an actual plumber" If you want professional landlords who care about your well being and take you seriously, stay far away from 4181 Wilson Avenue.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
