I moved into my apartment in August 2024, and so far, the experience has been great! One of my favorite things about living here is the lounge areas—they’re modern, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Kept the common areas looking nice, clean, organize and well-managed. Service on the unit responds fast and issues taken care of in a very timely manner, usually within a day or a couple of days after. Neighbors are quiet and peaceful. I enjoy living here so far :) thank you!

We have really enjoyed living at 42 broad. The building is clean, staff are friendly and its located in Fleetwood which has been a relatively nice area for us with its local stores and restaurants. The amenities of the building are great too, especially during the summer when the pool is open!
