New owner…. Not so much.
August 7, 2021Previous owners were super respectful and understanding. The new management company is very corporate. They are trying to push people out and charge good tenants for everything. The lease is insane and everything you do as a tenant is micromanaged. They will come in to your apartment when you are not home and they are completely aware that you have not been notified. They are often rude and judgmental. They lie. They up the rent and say it’s for “water” when you were already paying for “water” ...before. I am a quiet tenant who doesn’t cause problems and I have dealt with serious issues without complaint and they still treat me as if they are doing me a favor… no. I pay rent. I have a repair issue that they have been informed of three times but done nothing. My neighbor had the same issue and it was dealt with the same day. I would move now if I could afford to do so, but I can’t. Stay away!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
