upon moving in and nothing was done about any of it besides a poor attempt to clear out the shower drain. They snaked my drain one time and it really didnt help at all. I used up 2 giant bottles of Drain-O and that didnt help either. That is just disgusting. Clearly they do not take proper care of the facilities or properly clean them for new tenants. Walls/ceilings are so thin i can hear the people above me whenever they move around or are having a conversation. My kitchen light goes out whenever they close their cupboards or close their main door while leaving their apartment. Frat house next door will wake you up just about every day with their horrible music and daily parties, even during finals week. If anything happens to your car while parked in the lot, do not rely on them to be able to give you the surveillance footage. My car got broken into Halloween weekend and they had the footage (talked to them multiple times about it), but they do not even know how to work their own system to be able to turn it into the police or be able to extract you a file/give you a copy to turn in yourself. I was not able to fully file my police report because of this and therefore had to pay for all of the damages out of pocket. You will also receive a lot of junk mail while living here. Laundry is expensive. Internet sucks so bad I cant even use it in my own room most of the time (they just updated it a month after I moved in). No cable. No pets. No thank you. Strongly suggest looking for other options!!!
