Avoid Hunter Lansing at all costs.
August 8, 2022Laundry stolen, packages stolen, management non-existent. They have never answered the phone once. Not once. Took away all the free amenities that DTN had offered before they sold the place and jacked up the price too. My girlfriend lives at one of their sister properties and its much of the same. Office is constantly closed for no reason. Office is also 15 minutes away in Lansing so get used to the drive. Electronic locks stopped working randomly. You could literally get locked out of your place ...for no reason and then no one will answer the phone. Constant unenforced parking violations so the lot is always full of non residents. Management refused to get a second dumpster so the one is always overflowing and they fine you if you leave your trash outside the dumpster. Just go live at the quarters down the street or something. Avoid any place owned by Hunter Lansing.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
