Decent
August 13, 2015The outside of the building, and even the hall/stairs, may seem a little rough around the edges - because they are. There is no elevator, it is a walk-up. I live on the 4th floor, and it really isn't that bad at all. But the inside of the individual apartment is nice. There is no AC, but one can easily be installed and secured through the window (if you buy it locally, they will install it for you). Yes, each room has a window!! The rooms are spacious. Because there is a University one ...block away, there is security and police constantly patrolling the streets - so you feel safe no matter what time it is. It is an active neighborhood, you'll have neighbors out in the evening on hot days, and will sometimes here good music from the streets until midnight.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
