August 8, 2021Property is located next to a train track that is active. You will be hearing this throughout the day. AC that is provided can only do so much and does not cool off the whole unit. Water pressure is super high and hot water runs out after about 5mins. One tank for all 6 units. Landlord is not responsive to requests and may have you wait 2-3 days to have a repair done. Repairs that are done also are done just enough to fix the problem but it will return.
