October 22, 2019I've never done a review on a property but I've lived here for 3 to 4 years and it has just been ok. A place to stay when you are getting back on your feet. It's an old building never been remodeled from decades ago. Neighborhood is nice but my place has lead paint peeling from the walls baseboards has huge cracks in them, centipede problem, drywall is old and you can hear your neighbors very well in the other apartments. I was in my restroom recently and maintenance was doing work on the flr ...above me or wall and literally my picture on the wall was about to come off and fall while he was hammering or doing whatever. It is horrible not worth market rate at all even if it's in a good neighborhood.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
