September 29, 2018I loved the place itself, very spacious master bedroom, covered parking spaces in the back but the landlord is very rude, rent goes up EVERY single year. I honestly don't know how we put up with her for 12 years. Every time there is an issue with the apartment either we have to pay to fix it ourselves or wait weeks up to months for it to come and get fixed. She never did anything about the rat problem there was on all the complexes (keep your doors closed at ALL times).During those 12 years ...carpets got replaced only once. Eventually we gave up and spent our own time and money removing the carpet ourselves and installed new tile on both restrooms, living room, and kitchen. Then she had the audacity to want to charge us more rent for renovated flooring that we did ourselves!!!!!! FYI save all your receipts, they have a tendency of processing "late rent payments". We just about had it with this lady, her inefficient staff, and her very rude anti-social personality.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
