February 22, 2022I loved there for over 3 years and this is the worst place I ever lived my whole life, the súper of the building is the most disrespectful person you can imagine and that’s the person you have to call to get your stuff fixed, he throws parties on the weekend with his family and friends at 3 Am, if you need help he will not help, rats and the infested bedbugs are incredibly… homeless people sleep on the entrance, police is always there, don’t risk your family here you will forever regret it, ...elevator doesn’t work it’s just a mess good luck to you!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst Building to move into
February 2, 2022Super doesn't fix anything and when you call management they reroute you to outside answering service and never get back to you ...have to run water for 45min or longer just to obtain hot water in morning .... This Apartment building is the worst place to ever move to Infested with mice / cockroaches & other bugs. Always smells in the hall ways. They hardly ever fix anything. They take forever to actually come an fix your problem! The office hardly ever answers your calls...tenants hangout In front of building, sometimes even hold domino games ...right inside the Maine lobby entrance, tenants let their kids ride their bikes up and down the hallways and then leave the bikes laying around hallways for days /weeks at a time.
