Great Location, Solid Apartment
September 23, 2015After finding this no-fee apartment through it's management company, I have been more than satisfied with the place. The location is a great spot in the East Village (central to a ton of bars/restaurants and close to the L train) and the apartment itself is very nice. Upon moving in there was a fresh coat of paint and everything was in working condition. The super has been responsive to any issues and everything is taken care of quickly. One of the bedrooms is a bit bigger than the other, but ...both fit a full sized bed and a few extra items. The kitchen/living space is big enough and, despite it's slightly awkward shape, you can get creative to achieve a good setup. Appliances/kitchen is updated and the building has been pretty quiet thus far. Overall a good spot in a really good location at a fair price. Ideal for someone who isn't home all that much, but likes to have some space when they are.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
