Dilapidated
February 15, 2022The building is dilapidated. Owners have not done any renovations. The exterior wood is rotting and bees have taken over near the tenants windows on the east of the building. Speaking of windows, some tenants have cardboard in the windows because the windows are so old and not up to current building safety codes. The landscaping in the front is dry and unkempt. The tenants constantly throw trash and large household furniture right at the sidewalk in front. It’s disgusting.Review from Apartments.com
