Your Condo Unit includes: • Indoor air-condition access to your condo unit with elevator service to your 4th floor residence. • Bamboo wood floors in this comfortably furnished unit with wrap around window sliders overlooking the Gulf water. • The fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, open to the living/dining areas provides all stainless-steel appliances, large kitchen sink, wrap around countertop, lots of cabinet storage as well as a walk-in pantry. • The dining area has a dining table with seating for four as well as a dining hutch. • The Primary bedroom with spa-like spacious en suite includes walk-in shower, walk-in closet, double sinks, with a high-end bidet. This bathroom also provides a washer/Dryer closet eliminating the need to use the community laundry room. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size massaging/Zero Gravity/Adjustable bed, lots of dresser drawers, mounted TV, desk workstation and glass slider to your private balcony. • The second bedroom, located opposite side from the primary bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, and day bed with window Gulf views. This bedroom can sleep four. • Across the hall and adjacent to the second bedroom is the second bathroom. Bathtub/shower combo with jacuzzi jets, water closet and sink with a spacious countertop. • Within steps of your condo, you have access to free laundry facilities and trash disposal. • Wireless Internet Wi-Fi, and Cable TV included. • Wrap around outdoor balcony with lounging chairs. Access to patio from primary bedroom and the living/dining area. Personal pickup trucks with approved truck bed hard covers are permitted with restrictions. • The condo owner permits one dog (under 30 pounds).
