Great 1BR Apartment with Large Backyard
July 24, 2015This is a great apartment. Completely remodeled in Summer of 2014. The apartment has a living room/kitchen combination. The living room is long and narrow, and the kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. Four burner gas stove and oven. The fridge is smaller than a full-sized fridge. There is a large walk-in closet in the hall leading from the living room to the bedroom. My wife uses it as her closet. Bathroom - The shower is really small, but it ...is the only size that works with the space in the bathroom. The Bedroom is long and narrow and the window faces the street. There is one walk in closet in the bedroom. Backyard - this apartment has a great backyard and is the reason I live here now. A deck was installed in the Summer of 2014. It will fit a barbecue grill and a large outdoor sectional sofa. Building The building is a walk-up building with 5 floors and 2 units per floor for a total of 10 units.
