Great apartment!
August 27, 2020This has been the best apartment that I have ever rented! The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location to either hop on the highway or walk downtown. The apartment is naturally bright (I hardly ever have to turn on the lights), maintenance issues are resolved ASAP and the owners/landlords are super helpful.Review from Apartments.com

August 6, 2020This neighborhood is very lovely has a lot of curbside appeal... Safe off street parking 1 spot per unit... The management is great with fast response to any issue and also will work around tenants work schedule... They are very professional and do a wonderful job with the building upkeep.... I love this apartment!
August 5, 2020When I moved in, the apartment was absolutely spotless- you could tell that it had been professionally cleaned prior to the move-in date. Darwin is by far the best landlord I’ve ever had. Very friendly, responsive and attentive to my needs as a tenant. There was an issue with my heat kicking on at the beginning of the winter months and not only did Darwin have the issue resolved and a brand new thermostat installed by the following morning, he also made sure to drop off a space heater to make ...sure I wasn’t cold in the meantime. Communication is very important to me and I can always be assured that Darwin will text me back within minutes whenever I need anything at all. In terms of the apartment itself, the location is great! Short walk to downtown Dover and a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. While some of the appliances are a little outdated, you can tell that everything on the property has been maintained well and is cared for. I have 7 huge windows which offer a lot of natural light and the shared sun porch is another great space that I use to enjoy my morning coffee. Plenty of closets and storage space and room in my kitchen for a dining room table! I’ve been working from home for the majority of the year so I’m home 24/7 and I feel very lucky to live in a great apartment so close to town.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
