great space for starter unit. 1 bedroom with high ceilings that really opens up the space. Building has great character as it is a converted school. Small business and retail space on bottom level/basement. Full time super maintains grounds. On-site parking available. Rent is reasonable in growing neighborhood. Definitely a great place to look if your are searching for a 1,2,3 bedroom.
