Unit features new kitchen with solid stone countertops, central air-conditioning / heat, refrigerator, electric stove, a large walk-in closet and terrazzo floors. There is also a fenced-in back yard for your Bar-B-Q's and enjoyment of sea breezes and shady palm trees. Free landscaping and sewer and rubbish removal is included in the rent. Let's not forget about the FREE washer and dryer on premises included for your convenience. Rent of $1,970/mo. is cheap for living in this million dollar neighborhood. Shop or dine or enjoy "happy hour" at the local tavern at the Sea Ranch Shopping Center if you don't feel like cooking, which is only steps away and then if this is not enough, you are only two blocks to the beach and you can visit local shops and restaurants in quaint Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, Florida. Rent is only $1,970/month plus your electric. Expect to pass a credit check and owner requires one month's security deposit and last months rent. Pass the first traffic light and just before the second one (which is A1A also known as Ocean Drive) turn left on Bougainvilla Drive, past park on left, turn left on Washingtonian and make first right on Poinciana to 4644 Poinciana Street on your right. We are close-by if you work in some of the neighboring areas such as Galt Ocean Mile, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach and Fort Lauderdale. About a 30 minute drive away depending on traffic is Boca Raton and Hollywood.
