Grateful But Not Happy
August 17, 2015Not well kept building. Laundry room is terrible. Vermin and must hire own exterminator to mouse proof. If rent is late, places red notice on door for all neighbors to see. Water is lukewarm. Seldom enough heat in winter. Management surly and uncooperative. Supposedly a co-op but rumor is that when one moves, problem getting paid for shares.Review from Apartments.com
