Terrible management!!
April 28, 2023Trying to email, call or text the manager she never answers! They redid the roof, didn’t tell us at all! My dog stepped on a nail left behind along with my car getting a nail! The manager also fines you with out even being out there to see it for herself! Probably the worst management I’ve ever seen! Never recommending to anyone and once our lease is up we are leaving!Property Manager Responded

Not enough parking, more than enough littering.
August 27, 2022Apartments are decent, not the best built but far from the worst. Maintenance does a good job. Property management does not reply quickly. Parking is a big issue with never enough spots or garages. Too many garages rented to people not parking in them is a big part. Some people have two garages and don’t park in either. Main areas are kept decently clean, but by dumpsters and in grass areas there is almost always trash. The dog park is also pretty gross.Review from Apartments.com
Poor Management
June 21, 2022I sent my application in over a month ago and after trying to schedule an appoint numerous times with Angel, I finally decided to drive from Des Moines to Sioux City (3 hours) to look at the property. Angel had told me a few days before she wasn’t going to be in the office. When I got there she rushed to her car and drove off. Some residents in the office were able to confirm with me she had been in the office. They look like decent apartments but definitely need better management. The other ...properties in the area had the same feedback about the manager as well. I emailed/text her back and forth many times with little to no reply.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Really nice apartments but bad parking
July 16, 2021The apartments are very spacious, pretty designs. Nice patio entry from master bedroom or living room. Everything is newly built so new appliances and carpeting. Parking is the only issue with there not being enough spots in the lot for the number of vehicles residents have. Have had to find other parking lots and risk being towed if arriving home late at night.Review from Apartments.com
