      Apartment has hardwood floors throughout and nice furnishings. The bathroom was recently redone and is in better shape than most bathrooms I have seen in the area. The kitchen is small but recently updated with new cabinets and countertops. The windows allow in as much light as you want and are newly updated as well. I wish the Kitchen was a little bigger and the bathroom had a window to open. The ceiling looks like it has cracks that have been covered up and in the winter you can hear the ...
      critters running around in the roof, sometimes loud enough to wake you up. The toilet runs loudly in my particular apt but landlord pays for water. I love the area that this apt is located, which is right by Tower Grove park. There is a lot of green space in front and in the backyard.

      The owner of this rental property has been helpful. The building is well maintained. It has a remarkable and large backyard. The property also has some very nice updates which usually comes at a price but this apartment is very affordable.
