Well-planned cozy apartment in an amazing location

First off- the location of the apartment is awesome. You're in the heart of the East Village and you're on a side street, so you're close to the bustle but not right above all the bars and restaurants. Second, the apartment building was recently renovated so everything inside is much newer and really maximizes the space there is. We have 1.5 bath for 3 people. Our rooms aren't huge - but they fit out full/queen beds and dressers and have a small closet too. We have extra awesome amenities such as ...
a wine cooler and washer/dryer. Our initial maintenance guy but the current guy is awesome and helps us a ton as needed. Overall, really solid apartment in the East Village. I will say that in the beginning, we had some issues with the management company - we had some craziness with our rent and deposit checks when we first got the apartment (as in they lost them, but put the blame on us and tried to get us to cover the cost of the reissuing the checks) but after that, everything's been smooth sailing.
