April 14, 2024The pool is their main pic, but hasn’t been open for years. They say it will reopen Summer 2024, but I haven’t seen any progress or work being done. I am still waiting for them to change my ceiling fan that is the main source of light in my room! I could go on and on but that should tell you how shiesty and cheap this property is. Avoid if at all possible. Run as fast as you can
June 9, 2023Just don’t do it. Listen to the reviews. I wish I had. The entire place is infested with roaches and we had mold growing in our bathroom. While we lived there the elevators and washing machines were constantly broken and the roof literally caught on fire. There was vomit in the hallway for weeks and rats running around the parking lot. The management has changed multiple times and is still just as dysfunctional. Save your money and time and find somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com

September 22, 2022Worst place in nashville. INFESTED with roaches and bugs. do not. move here. you will hear every current resident complain about it. my hot water heater exploded within the first week of moving in and i was left with no hot water for a week because of management. or lack there of. the model apartment they put me in also had roaches everywhere. and my neighbors door looked busted in with a crowbar. August 14, 2022This place was great when I first moved in, but it has gone downhill quickly. There are roaches EVERYWHERE. You have to ask to be put on the pest control list, and they will only come once a week. All of my neighbors have problems with roaches as well, regardless of how clean you keep your apartment. The pool is closed bc maintenance quit. The pet spa is locked (without notice). The elevators break all the time. Over Easter, both elevators were broken, and people had to walk up to the 9th floor. ...They are renovating the lobby instead of working to take care of the nasty carpet in the hallways or keeping the amenities open. September 28, 2020Bugs everywhere. Bad smelling hallways. Very small elevators (not sure how you would move your stuff in without carrying your stuff in through the staircase which would be awful especially if you are on a higher floor. I MISS METRO MANOR and the HOSPITALITY
January 4, 2016This used to be METRO MANOR. I have lived here for over 8 years. What a joy it was. This place used to be filled with southern hospitality. The warm and friendly staff are all gone replaced by new ownership of the building who are strictly business. The former staff used to not only work here in the office but many of them also lived here. So they knew what the residents needed to make this place a great place to live. Unfortunately, the new owners don't. Instead,they have managed to TAKE AWAY ...some of the luxuries of living here. They are only worried about raising the rent and remodeling the place. Yes,the building needed a few upgrades like new windows and new air conditioning in the hallways. But what the new owners are doing is a ton of remodeling (that is not needed) to justify the price they want to squeeze out of your wallet for living here. Do they have a concern for the residents as the former owners had? Definitely not! They don't care if you have a place to park your car when you come home or even offer you a change machine to have quarters to wash your clothes anymore! They even took away the convenient snack machines we had. This building when it was originally made in 1960 did not have a lot of parking spots. So metro manor offered a parking permit in a nearby parking lot for a reduced rate. Because of the lack in parking available and because they cared. Wouldn't Live Here
December 25, 2015I wouldn't recommend living here. It is an old building and they've found asbestos after drilling and breaking down walls and changing windows. Before it was sold, we were told not to hang pictures if you had to make huge, deep holes in the walls and apparently the new owners didn't get the memo. They even had "danger signs" because of the asbestos but took them down because they thought it might turn people away....so they'd rather people rent and get sick, I guess. This new company has ...lawsuits against them and they are very greedy. I will be leaving soon because I don't feel safe anymore.
