Can’t get through to a representative when I call the office, the AI assistant, “Gina” picks up. I’ve been waiting for action on my work ticket for over a week. Was very hopeful for this location, as the rent is reasonable for a two bedroom. Should have known there’s be a weird catch.

Decent place to live.. neighbors are friendly, good area to be in but maintenance is not the best. I put the same request in multiple times and every guy told me something different or they said they would do something and never came around to do so.

Overall a positive experience. Sure, the buildings are a lil old and a bit dirty and have some issues, but the maintenance staff does their best to attend to the building's needs. Would recommend living here.

In my experiencia everything is oí. All the people working in the community is very nice and polite. When you have an issue the y are always nice and willing to solve.

Calm & Peaceful during both Day & Night. Everything that I’ve wanted to be fixed, was fixed. Good with communicating , on time with updating us on what’s happening around in the neighborhood.
