September 24, 2024Grateful for the service staff -- they work hard! It isn't easy to maintain buildings from the 1970's, and while there is always more than can be done, my experience has been respectable. Other issues, such as a wholly needless monthly charge for pest control that doesn't do much of anything to control pests, should be removed from being a mandatory fee, which is one of many reasons the tenants have formed a union to demand various community improvements.Property Manager Responded

September 7, 2024Pretty nice. There were some screws and debris on the floor and a gooey substance on the door jams. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but the price is decent so it will do just fine.Property Manager Responded
