Awesome place with plenty of parking!
January 9, 2025I was only here for a year because work is moving me out of state but I had a great experience. I had gated parking and couldn't find anywhere else in the area that had guaranteed parking for every tenant. June 3, 2024I lived in a one-bedroom with my partner at 502 Howe for a couple years and moved out a couple of months ago. I wanted to leave this review to give you a heads-up. It's really noisy here—not just the usual apartment stuff. You can hear everything, especially from the apartment above, and the neighbors aren’t considerate at all. If you’re looking for a quiet place where you can actually get some good sleep, I wouldn’t recommend living here. The management seemed great at first but really went ...downhill after a while. Not ‘luxury’. Don’t be fooled.
March 22, 2024I’ve lived here for a few years now. At first, management and maintenance were amazing and fast to respond to issues. The last year or so has been a different story. I’m going to leave out some details to remain anonymous but if you have an issue don’t expect management to follow up on it or bring it up when you walk past them in the hallway. If you like smelling marijuana in the hallways, paying high utility bills in the winter because of drafty windows, and hearing your neighbors argue or be ...intimate because the walls are so thin, and being ignored by management you should apply today!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The leasing office is prompt with responding to any concerns, maintenance is diligent with keeping the property in excellent condition. I love the location and the accessibility to nearby businesses and route 8/34.
