Renovated, great area, and lovely people!
August 26, 2024I had great experience living here. The location is great because you're close the lake, gym, and restaurants. The train is not a far walk. The building manager was great! She responded fast and efficiently. The apartment is renovated so that's a major plus. I recommend it for anyone looking in the area.Review from Apartments.com
Worst building ive ever lived in
November 24, 2022This is absolutely the worst building I’ve ever lived in: - Rats flourish in and outside of the building, with poorly managed dumpsters attracting them on a consistent basis - Ongoing construction (basement, 3rd, 4th floors) makes the apartment nearly unlivable and unworkable during normal hours. Having lived here for the past 6 months, this construction was never communicated upfront, and Beal has been completely irresponsible regarding it - The kitchen appliances, elevators, and plumbing are ...so cheap and shoddy its an absolute joke. Don't move here!
July 6, 2021RUN! RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM THIS PLACE! It is horrible here, and I wish i read the reviews of this place years ago before choosing this place. the hallways are gross and at times, you see folks leave their garbage there. There is dog stains in the hallways and on the carpets constantly. There are a number of tenants that leave their garbage on the starwell in the back of the building; often the garbage leaks down on the lower levels; so you may get hit by it. There are also tenants who throw ...items or trash out the windows; not caring who it hits. the walls are paper thin, roaches are a problem no matter how clean you are. There is even cases of bed bugs in the building. There is no ventilation in the apartments, and there is mold in the walls that they poorly take care of. Do not move here! It's terrible, and the management don't take care of the prpblem. Also you have to let the water run before use because there is rust and copper in it. Which they haven't fixed. There is a thief in the building who will steal your packages. And you may not always get your mail.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
