It also has its own bathroom. •The apartment has its own laundry in the apartment for free! •You would also have access to a free parking spot from 7pm to 7am, and on street parking during the day. •The apartment allows pets, although some dog species are not allowed. •There is an area in the basement that can be used for free storage that can be individually locked. •The area around the apartment is all residential and a short walk around the corner there is a cafe, pizza place, and 7eleven. •There is also easy bus transportation stops nearby. I am a 20 year old EMT and student. I am looking for someone who is reliable and keeps their area clean. I enjoy hanging out and watching Netflix, and occasionally having people over.
